One of the most popular questions we get asked is “Will I see the same person every day?” Yes. Once we’re ready to start work on your project, we pair you with a Project Manager and a Lead Carpenter. The responsibility of the Project Manager is to keep your project running smoothly and to communicate clearly with you throughout the construction process. This is a collaborative effort and we look forwarding to getting to know you throughout your project.
Design is a collaborative, iterative process. Whether you’re an architect, and you want us as part of the construction or design-build team, or if you’re a homeowner and you want our input on the design, we’re here to help. Let our professional experience guide you with respect to materials, means & methods, and custom world-class detailing.
Construction is where it all comes together. Because we’re experienced professionals dedicated to efficiency and superior craftsmanship, we use only the finest local craftsmen. Your Project Manager will be there every step of the way to guide you through the process and address any concerns.
Post-Construction is where we follow-up. Just because your project is finished doesn’t mean our relationship is. We will provide you with a manual containing all manufacturers’ warranties and maintenance guidelines. Most importantly, well after your project is completed RockCreek Builders will be there for you.
